Clinic
Meet Gin Fitzpatrick
Happy to be part of the DCES family since 2017! In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and being outdoors. I love meeting families of our DCES Hawks, and helping students feel their best while at school!
Meet Shannon Brown
I have been in the clinic at Duncan Creek since 2018, but two of my children were students here. My daughter was in the very first Kindergarten class and has a tile on the wall. When I am not at work I love to read and travel, especially to the beach!

- Treating minor injuries
- Offering emergency care until medical professionals arrive.
Medication Information:
- Whenever possible, all medication should be given at home, before or after school. Medications given at school must be administered in the clinic.
- Medications must be provided by the parent/guardian and be in the original container. An "Administration of Medication" form must accompany every medication, signed by parent/guardian.
- All medication must be brought to the clinic by the parent/guardian; student transportation of medication is not allowed.
- Any medications brought to the clinic and not retrieved by parent/guardian by the last day of school will be disposed of.
Medical Plans:
Students with conditions which require monitoring during the school day (i.e. asthma, diabetes, heart conditions, severe allergies, seizures, etc.) will need a medical plan completed by a parent/guardian. Please contact the clinic if your student requires a medical plan. Diabetic and allergy plans require more than one form to be completed. Please call us at 678-714-5803 if you have any questions.
A clinic worker is available from 7:45 pm -3:45 pm to provide student health services.
