Kindergarten, 1st Grade, Testing Coordinator, Social Studies Lead
Ms. Frame has proudly served as the assistant principal of Duncan Creek Elementary for the past eight years. Prior to this role, she taught kindergarten, first grade, ESOL, and K–5 interventions in Gwinnett County Public Schools.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Sales from the University of Georgia. She later obtained a Master of Arts in Teaching and an Educational Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont University, as well as an Educational Leadership certification from the University of West Georgia.
Ms. Frame is passionate about fostering student success and cultivating a positive learning environment. Outside of school, she is a proud mother of two children who attend schools in the Mill Creek Cluster. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading.

5th Grade, Special Education, Language Arts Lead (3-5), PBIS Lead
Dr. Jones is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she earned a degree in education. She received her master's degree in literacy from Walden University and her doctorate degree in teacher leadership from Walden University. A graduate of Gwinnett County Public Schools, she began her teaching career as a middle school teacher in GCPS.
Dr. Jones is dedicated to student achievement and whole-child development. With a strong background in supporting diverse learners, she collaborates with teachers to create data-driven, engaging instruction. She is committed to fostering positive school cultures where both students and educators thrive.
Outside of school, Dr. Jones is a proud wife and mom to two children, two dogs, and three cats. When she is not at work, she enjoys reading, being outside, playing board games, and spending time with her family.

Responsibilities: 3rd Grade, Multi-tiered System of Supports Coordinator, Early Intervention Program, Math & STEM/Science Lead
Ms. Ridgeway attended Auburn University where she earned bachelor's degrees in economics and political science. Soon after graduating, she realized her true calling was in the field of education and earned her master's degree in elementary education. Ms. Ridgeway has experience teaching in both private and public schools in kindergarten, 3rd grade, 4th grade, and 12th grade. She also has experience as a district math instructional specialist, local school math instructional coach, and MTSS coordinator prior to becoming an assistant principal.
She lives in Suwanee with her husband, Collin, two children, Wesley and Lillian, and two dogs, Gryffin and Sully. When she's not at school, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading; she also has a love/hate relationship with running.

Mrs. Spence is a graduate of the University of North Georgia, where she earned her degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. A product of Gwinnett County Public Schools, she began her teaching career right here as a special education teacher. She also holds a master’s degree in Special Education from Brenau University and a specialist degree in Educational Leadership from the University of West Georgia.
Mrs. Spence is passionate about building welcoming, inclusive classrooms where every student has the chance to thrive. She’s dedicated to supporting and empowering both teachers and students to reach their full potential. Outside of school, she’s a proud wife and mom to two boys who attend school in the Mill Creek Cluster. When she’s not at work, you’ll usually find her on the sidelines cheering her kids on at their various activities.
